The Speed Dating event will take place at:- The Lustre Bar, First Floor, 252 Flinders Lane, Melbourne.

This is a beautiful & romantically decorated bar highly conducive to creating a harmonious atmosphere.

The Lustre Lounge is on Flinders Lane between Swanson & Elisabeth Streets, on the right hand side of the road. The bar is located on the north-east corner of Centre Place & Flinders Lane. (That’s the right hand corner facing down Centre Place.) The entrance is just around the corner in Centre Place. Mel ways reference Map 1B, M8.

The venue is also well situated for the use of public transport. There are tram stops nearby.

Parking: There is ample parking at many of the car parks in the city. You can find a park in the Westins Hotel, just to the east of the bar in Flinders Lane under the city square, which allows for a small walking distance to the venue. They have a very competitive flat rate available on Sundays. The Premier Car Park at the City Square also provides convenient parking facilities.

The event is conducted as follows:-

Time: 2:00pm. (Most sessions go for 2-3 hrs.) * Please arrive on time to prevent any disappointment!!

• 2:00 Arrival and preliminary drinks, if you wish.

• 2:20 Introductory chat & speed dating starts where you will meet your first 5 people. This process usually takes about 40 mins; during which time you may procure drinks from roving waiting staff or wait for a break.

• You are then given a 20 min break to chat & mingle & to freshen up.

• A second 40 min. session is devoted to Speed Dating.

• A second 20 minute opportunity is given to you to chat & mingle and to finish up your drinks before the event concludes.
